Victor Dempsey Bio

Lost is never an easy pill to swallow. I am Victor Dempsey. I lost my brother on july 4th, 2016 to police officer, Wayne Isaac who was at the time an off-duty NYPD officer. My brother, Delron Smalls was a father of three children ( Shariah Seward, Shondell Small, Zaiden Small) and a big brother of three ( Victoria Davis, Zaria Small and myself ). We were stripped of our loved one who raised us all. We were stripped of our big brother who taught us values and many life lessons. Most of all we were stripped of a strong Black Man. My brother was stolen from us and we now continue to fight not only to keep his name alive, but to make sure no one else have to be stripped of a life the way we were and countless others.  ​​
